CASSIA & MYRRH is a simple, Catholic musical project which seeks to reach souls through beauty with Christ and His Church. It strongly focuses on the contemplative aspects of the Catholic faith, including classic hymns, traditional chant forms, chant-inspired contributions, and gentle original songs. For now, although covering several genres, the project is confined to a female voice, for everyday prayerful listening or peaceful background music.

The songs are about Jesus, the Trinity, Mary, the saints, Scripture, the Bible, and point to the deep, mystical tradition of the Catholic Church - a tradition that has sadly been largely lost in modern times, but which is due for a hope and peace-filled revival.

Upcoming is an extensive Hildegard-influenced Rosary project.

May you find peace, comfort, gentleness, and an invitation into deeper prayer and authentic Christian meditation through these simple songs.
