Prawn marination
Prawn - 500gram
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Filling ingredients
Onion - 1/2 cup
Garlic -1tbsp
Ginger -1/2 tbsp
Green chili -1tbsp
Curry leaves - 1tbsp
Crushed fennel seeds - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Salt to taste
Puff pastry sheet - 12nos
Egg - 1
Tips:
Puff pastry sheet should be kept out side the freezer before one hour.
Once it comes down to room temperature, use it for wrapping.
