Jeff Stevenson shows us how to make a simple smoke ring launcher using things you have around the house.
Using a garbage can, shower curtain and a bungee cord you can build your own vortex cannon. Add in a smoke generator and you can launch smoke rings that travel 10-30 feet, knock over cups and look very cool.
