When I first escaped the grasp of addiction, I had no idea who I was anymore. It felt like I had spawned back into the game of life with a blank slate. No direction. No clear path. Just a quiet, uncomfortable sense of being lost.

That moment forced me into deep self-reflection. Through years of trial and error, I began relearning myself at a core level—keeping the habits and parts of me that felt true, while gently releasing the ones that didn’t. I wanted to understand who Travis was beneath everything else.

That process is what I call soul searching. It’s not about becoming someone new. It’s about fine-tuning who you already are, so you can shine in genuine authenticity.

This kind of inner exploration isn’t a one-time event. It’s something we return to again and again as we grow and change.
