Описание: So I have a Sam's club members mark combo grill, gas, charcoal, sear burner combo. But I wanted to also. Have a reverse flow offset barrel smoker. With these simple modifications. I achieved great results and easily converts back within a couple of minutes to it's original state. So took my 3 in 1 to an amazing stick burner 4 in 1 genuine smoker.. I forgot to mention in video I also added bbq gasket around all door points ( gas lid, charcoal lid and coal door), so minimizes smoke loss through lack of good seal. The bluenyou see on the wood is a gel fuel to help ignite coals and wood fast. Since I have a gas side I will be getting a torch & hose attachment to light coals and wood fast with the propane tank I already have. Comment with any questions.
