I really wanted to fish this competition this year but by the time I had got around to registering all the pegs had gone. Some spaces did become available but at that point I had committed to film the event. Next year I will definitely be bringing the fly rod!
So this event is organised by multi capped England International Mark Miles. If you are a fly fisher looking to break out after Christmas and New Year this is the event for you. Friendly with a little edge of competition. Mark puts all the money back into the prize pot for the anglers fishing. Just how a competition should be run!
