Full budget speedrun of the Exaltia Tower. Overall, a pretty good run - but this isn't really a guide as it uses some gear that you probably wouldn't have if you're doing Exaltia (namely Vilmor's Helm and Parallel Chaos Amuelt), though they are pretty replaceable.
