Wilpaththu is the largest national park in Sri Lanka. There are many types of vegetation as well as animals in Wilpaththu National Park, Specially leopards, as well as elephants, bears, crocodiles, pythons, turtles alongside many native bird species. And the park's butterfly population is also worth attention.
This video contains our experience during a 2-day trip to Wilpaththu National Park. Some of the clips taken by Mr. Nishantha Bandara who guided our trip and he is an experienced travel guide in Wild-Life Department of Sri Lanka.
