Yesterday I posted a video about 5 minute caramels and got a comment asking about the texture of them so here it is! Hopefully it''s made visible both when I cut it and stretch it out. This time I made the cut and wrapped version as it is much easier to store, I also noticed two errors in the recipe on my website so if you have downloaded it already, please go back and download the updated one, my brain has not been getting enough sleep so I put in sugar instead of butter and forgot the vanilla sugar in the salted caramel version. I would also like to suggest crushed candy cane as a topping for these! It works really well.
