PLEASE NOTE that many of the follicles that were transplanted into the recipient area (eg: where the hair was surgically transplanted) has already been shed, and thus the donor density appears the way it does. The follicles that shed their hairs will produce new hairs in 3-8 months. This is due to human physiology, and is very normal and expected in the course of every hair transplant procedure, regardless of the method used.
