Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition - Basic Tutorial

Описание: Kinda interesting to make the tutorial mandatory, huh? This follows after the opening cinematic and is something every player will see when first booting up the game!

I mean no disrespect to these artists but...some of these drawings...do not look good at all. It really contributes to the rushed, bare-boned look of the game on the whole, honestly.

Speaking of bare-boned, this tutorial leaves a LOT to be desired. I went poking around for a REAL tutorial when in the game proper later but...there are only "demonstrations" of the basics and more advanced stuff, as well as character breakdowns. Some of the info is helpful and it's all shown to the player...but at no point are you given control to demonstrate that you understand what was just taught to you. That's a really glaring oversight, honestly.

Its a shame too, since I DO like that in the blocking portion of the tutorial, you get a little count-down to let you know when Ken will attack. I know that wouldn't ever be in a REAL match, but it's still nice. I always hate the blocking part of tutorials because more often than not you can't tell when the computer will attack, and if you keep holding back to block...you just back away and they have to awkwardly chase you down.

Now go! Ponder your fist! (Maybe that sounds cooler in Japanese...)
