(ZANIS) Zambia Army Commander Lieutenant General GEOFFREY ZYEELE has called for stronger collaboration among Special Forces to curb illegal mining in order to safeguard citizens’ interests and national security.
General ZYEELE says illegal mining poses a serious threat to economic development, public safety and security.
He said this when he paid a courtesy call on Copperbelt Province Minister ELISHA MATAMBO in Ndola.
