I know, I know. I can hear the questions already.
"Why would you go to Greece and order Chinese food?" Right? I get it.
We were invited to try the hotel restaurant, gratis, from the management after a few mistakes had been made with our hotel reservation. It was very interesting to experience the "translation" of an American cuisine staple -- Chinese Food -- through a Greek hotel kitchen.
