Описание: The fastest-growing jobs worldwide require engineering and tech skills. There are significant opportunities for women in these fields, yet there are still relatively few women entering these professions. This talk explores the factors contributing to this persistent gender gap in STEM and provides potential solutions for bridging the gap in STEM jobs Iroda Umurzakova is a sophomore Computer Science student at Central Asian University, specializing in iOS Development and Data Analytics. I have completed the Apple Authorized Training Centre (AATCe) courses and actively contribute to the IT Community of Uzbekistan as a Project Manager. I am proficient in C++, Swift, and Python programming languages, and fluent in Russian, English, and German.
