Mac (Rob McElhenney) has completed the redesign of his and Dennis' (Glenn Howerton) old apartment, as Dennis lost a bet. Mac will also launch the RPG he ordered after the grand opening. Dennis tells the gang to refer to him and Dee (Kaitlin Olson) as Brian and Prudence when a girl named Mandy (Christine Woods) comes in. Mandy does in fact come in, revealing Dennis' son.

Fearing for the bar if Mandy finds out who he really is, he relunctantly agrees to Mac's plan, which is to pretend he is gay and in love with Mac. Charlie (Charlie Day) decides to use Dennis' tactics to start a family with the Waitress (Mary Elizabeth Ellis).

Already disappointed with their apartment looking the exact same, another complication comes when Mandy thinks it would be good for the baby to have two dads. Mac accepts the responsibility. Charlies has the waitress over and tries to convince her to have baby with him, bankrolled by leeching off of Frank (Danny DeVito) and telling her he is in love with her.

Frank crashes at Dee's place, much to her annoyance, because of Charlie having the waitress over. Dennis refuses to help raise the baby, despite Mac getting caught up in the moment and saying yes. Charlie bangs the waitress, but leaves to go to Dee's when she suggest they clean up the place.

Charlie claims the waitress is stalking him, while Dennis convinces Frank to pose as a millionaire to keep Mandy and the son away from him. Mac accidentally calls Dennis by his real name, confusing Mandy, so Mac clears it up by saying that "Dennis" is his sex slave name.

With all the gang staying at Dee's place, they formulate a new plan to get rid of Mandy and the baby. This involves faking his death, which Mandy does not believe and after his behavior, she leaves with the baby. Dennis says goodbye to the baby.

Dennis decides he doesn't want the baby to grow up like him and leaves. But Mac destroys Dennis' Range Rover with the rocket launcher while Dee, Frank and Charlie all watch and cheer.
