As i write today, we are crossing today the 900 subscribers mark. It is a pretty big thing for because 6 months ago i was literally unaware as to what i want to do, was aimless. But my this channel and with your constant support i now have a dream to do something as i am daily inspired by so many Youtubers from daily vloggers to cooking vlogs etc. Such a creative platform is this, i hope i can be/ remain worthy of achieving the heights.
Today on a lazy Sunday, i bring to you one of India's favourite and most common dish i.e. Kadai Chicken. One of the familiar dishes that every restaurant in the country are having. This dish is also very famous in the sub continent.
Chicken karahi (known as gosht karahi when prepared with goat or lamb meat instead of chicken), or kadai chicken, is a dish from the Indian subcontinent noted for its spicy taste; it is notable in North Indian and Pakistani cuisine. The Pakistani version does not have peppers (capsicum) or onions whereas the North Indian version uses capsicum. The dish is prepared in a karahi. It can take between 30 and 50 minutes to prepare and cook the dish and can be stored for later consumption. It can be served with naan, roti or rice. This dish is one of the hallmarks of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
I am putting the ingredients below, so that every household enjoys this dish:
500GM Chicken
1 medium size onion paste
1 medium size sliced onion
Ginger & garlic paste
1/2 Cubed Capsicum
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Fresh cream
1 Bay leaf
Whole garam masala (cinnemon stick, cardamom, cloves)
2 Green chilli
1 Medium size tomato puree
Salt
