Real Stoicism, the embodied philosophy of Marcus Aurelius, is about clarity. It's about understanding that external things.. money, status, even health.. are indifferent in moral value, but not in practical relevance. They are tools. The Stoic question is never what you chose, but why. Was it reason, or was it fear, ego, or social pressure?⁣
