What is Wheelhouse Training? A message from Wheelhouse Training’s Founder, Brandon Vega

If you’re new to this channel, first and foremost.. WELCOME! My name is Brandon Vega, and since 2022, I have had the privilege to run Wheelhouse Training, a private baseball training facility that has impacted the careers of hundreds of youth, high school, college, and professional baseball players’ careers.

Here’s my story:

From the age of 7 I remember my grandmother throwing me wiffle balls in front of our house. I instantly became fascinated with the game of baseball and dreamt of playing the game at the highest level. It led to a roller coaster ride of success and failure throughout the course of my career. One that I am forever blessed and grateful for.

Growing up there were a boatload of travel teams but very few facilities locally that had access to the types of quality instruction, systems, and information that could truly make a difference in an athlete’s career, so I created Wheelhouse Training.

If I had to define my playing career: It would be one highlighted by more setbacks and failures than success (It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to google my numbers and see that they weren’t very good at the collegiate level). However, these struggles allowed me the opportunity to create a crystal clear vision that Wheelhouse isn’t just about building superior athletes - it’s also about nurturing and developing young men, while collectively grinding towards a shared vision; whether that means being a Little League All-Star, making your High School team, earning a college scholarship, signing a pro contract, or making your debut in the big leagues.

It’s where Hold the Vision | Trust the Process became a reality and something we live by; and we are damn proud of it. If you’re an athlete who has a vision, but is struggling to find the right process to trust and follow, we hope this channel finds you some clarity so you can continue to pursue your dream with the utmost confidence.
