The family of a 101-year-old pensioner, who was allegedly raped by a 27-year-old man at Zaaiplaas outside Jane Furse in Limpopo, wants justice.
The centenarian was allegedly raped while asleep in her bedroom last week. The accused, who has appeared in court, is remanded in custody.
Police say the accused gained entry through a window and allegedly strangled and raped the victim before fleeing the scene. The victim has been hospitalised with severe injuries.
The victim’s grandson says his grandmother sustained an open wound to her head during the ordeal.
