Описание: The southeastern coast of Massachusetts is digging out after a historic blizzard dumped staggering snowfall totals. Some communities saw as much as 41 inches.

In Fall River, city and state leaders said recovery could take days, if not longer.

“You all hit the jackpot in terms of the Commonwealth. The most amount of snow, the highest amount of winds, the most difficult visibility," Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll said.
