Years of sun, sand and storms turned it into a shell — metal eaten by deep orange rust, cockpit windows shattered, and every lever and switch buried under thick spider webs. Most people would have walked away. We decided to rebuild it.
In this video, we strip the helicopter down to the last bolt: removing rotten panels, seized landing gear, ruined wiring and a completely corroded engine. Every rusty piece is cleaned, repaired or remade from scratch — acid baths, grinding, welding, priming and repainting with modern aviation coatings. Step by step, the dead airframe transforms into a sleek, updated machine with a brand new life.
