After much delay, my first demo of 2026! I tried to make each line about something that might be ailing anyone who listens to the song, especially hypochondriacs who may think they are experiencing all of it at once.
I'm just going to consider this my first post-punk track because I feel like it's a bit more complex than a punk rock song but it's got a little too much tooth in it to just be labeled alternative. I cooked this soup with some inspiration from Joy Division, Gang of Four, The Strokes, and Billy Idol. It's not as complex as anything from This is Why, but I guess there might be some Paramore energy in there, too. The uhh huuuuhhhhhhs were pretty much me wanting to include something like Jane's Addiction.
