This is the second of a series of five short videos (5.1 to 5.5) explaining the creation of a macro to machine a "V" joint door.
This video explains the creation of the geometry to machine square internal corners with a CNC router using a V cutter. In this case a 90 degree V cutter.
The corners are created when the V cutter moves upwards at an angle equal to the cutter edge angle (45 degrees in this case) and at a miter angle (again 45 degrees) to the entry and exit direction.
