Latihan untuk memperbaiki postur - Semua level - Melatih abdominal dan menggerakkan spine.
Postur kita bisa terbentuk dari kebiasaan / aktifitas sehari2. Terlalu lama duduk, duduk dengan posisi punggung bungkuk, pakai high heels, latihan / exercise yang intense, bisa berpengaruh mengubah postur kita. Deep postural muscles bukan otot yang kelihatan dan mudah diaktifkan atau dilatih.
Latihan berikut membantu menggerakkan tulang punggung / spine, membuat spine memanjang dan lebih fleksibel, mengaktifkan abdominal (bukan hanya otot luar, tapi otot postural di bagian dalam), dan melatih otot bagian belakang (punggung, bokong, hamstring).
