In this video I will show you step by step, how to make your very own Medical Scrub Shirt Greeting Card for Nurse’s Appreciation Week or for your Doctor. This one specifically is for a Nursing Graduate!

Materials you'll need to make your Scrub Card:

All sizes are in INCHES.

1. 1 piece of cardstock 12 x 5 ½ for the base Scrub (Purple)
2. 1 or 2 pieces of cardstock 5 ¾ x 5 ¼ for the inside layer(s) (White)
3. 2 pieces of cardstock 6 x 5 ½ to create your templates
4. 1 piece of cardstock 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ for the pocket (Purple)
5. 1 piece of cardstock 1 3/8 x ¼ for the pocket top (Purple)
6. Sentiments measure: 1 ¼ x 3/16 for the name and 3 ¼ x 3/8 for Nurses are the heart of healthcare.
