A lot of people say "just do cardio" to lose weight. But I want to be strong, not just smaller. Today was about building the frame. 🏋️♀️
The Workout:
• Shoulder Press & Side Raises (For Posture
& Strength)
• 100 Reps Abs (Core stability)
• 20 Mins Elliptical (Daily sweat)
Standing a little taller today.
