While the 23-year-old actor rocked a black shirt with black pants and an oversized black pinstripe overcoat. The sibling outing comes just one month after Madonna took to her Instagram to share a sweet birthday tribute to Rocco, who she shares with ex Guy Ritchie. In June, the 65-year-old music icon's longtime manager, Guy Oseary announced on Instagram that she had been hospitalized for "several days in the ICU" due to a bacterial infection and was expected to make a full recovery.
