Описание: My journey to the breathtaking Dzükou Valley begins from Malda with a long train ride towards Northeast India. After traveling across several states and landscapes, I finally reached the beautiful hill capital of Nagaland — Kohima.

Kohima immediately gives you that calm mountain vibe. Surrounded by green hills, cool weather, and peaceful streets, it feels very different from the plains. This is the main gateway for travelers heading to the famous Dzükou Valley trek.

Since the starting point of the trek is near Viswema Village, I decided to rent a scooter in Kohima to explore the hills at my own pace. Renting a scooter is one of the best ways to travel around here because the roads are scenic and the distance to the trekking base is manageable.

In this video, you’ll see the beginning of my Dzükou Valley adventure — reaching Kohima, exploring the town, and finally renting a scooter to ride towards Viswema Village, the starting point of the trek to one of the most beautiful valleys in Northeast India.
