I bought this car a few weeks ago and after installing the OBD2 heads up display I noticed that the voltage would drop to 12 volts after coming to a stop and it would stay there. Once a significant load was then drawn, say 3/4 fan or more, then the voltage would rise to 14 volts. I knew it wasn't the alternator or the battery because they where new. I consulted YouTube and thanks to many other civic owners, I found the issue. Even so, there where no videos I could find that showed the disassembly of the fuse box and replacement of the (ELD) electronic load detector in an 8th gen. So, I had to make one for the Honda Community that's still alive. Enjoy!
