Описание: HI FRIENDS! On April 16, 2019 I had my first baby via c-section because he was breech and overall I had a good experience, but there were a TON of things I wish I had known before going into this major surgery in order to be more prepared and relaxed. In this video share my experience with you, from the spinal block to the pain and recovery, and hopefully you take some valuable information away that will help you prep for your c-section or find your experience similar or different from mine!
