Описание: Matt the Character Coach shares his origin story to character development. This talk contains a brief history of character development along with inspirational quotes and personal stories. Everyone can find a take away from this talk to improve their own lives and become men and women of character. I grew up on a farm learning to work hard at an early age. I spent many years applying hard work and character traits to academics and athletics to strive to be the best. After years of education, I have taken what I learned about character development and applied it to leadership roles in my employment, volunteering, and most importantly with my family. I am a proud husband and father to two wonderful children. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
