This meet was supposed to be Tokyo Underground — but it wasn’t.
This year, Peaches officially stepped away from the old Underground meet and started something new on Friday. The Lowdown cars, the wild builds, the whole vibe… it all moved with them. So what used to be “Tokyo Underground” became something very different — and we went to see what it really was now.
In this video, Luka,Max, Stefan and I walk through the new meet, checking out the cars, the atmosphere, and how the scene is changing.
No hype, no script — just real car culture in Tokyo, as it is right now.
We also randomly met MelTeam (yes, the Germany YouTuber) at the meet, hung out for a bit, and I even ended up in her video.
Stuff like that only happens when you just show up and let things happen.
This isn’t a “best of” car show. It’s a look at how Tokyo’s underground car scene is evolving — and sometimes breaking apart.
