The Government of India held an inter-ministerial briefing assuring citizens that there is no LPG shortage despite tensions in West Asia. Two LPG tankers, Nanda Devi and Shivalik, carrying 48,000 metric tonnes of gas have departed from the Persian Gulf for India.
