THE WORKOUT:
Perform all 5 exercises in a circuit with minimal rest.
Aim for 4 sets.
1. Alternating reverse lunge to squat x 20 total
2. Alternating lateral lunge, squat to calf raise x 20 total
3. Lateral squat shuffle (side to side) x 20 total
4. Single leg hinge to alt. split squat jump x 10 total
5. Hip hinge, squat to squat jump x 15
