DAY 4 — 21-Day Mobility Challenge 🔥🧘♀️ (Deep Hamstrings + Inner Thighs w/ Band!)
Welcome to Day 4 of my 21-Day Mobility Glow Up Challenge! Today we’re going deep into the hamstrings using a band to support your stretch while also building inner thigh (adductor) flexibility + strength. This is amazing if your hamstrings feel tight, your hips feel restricted, or you want more control + range for splits, forward folds, running, and lower-body training.

• A band (or a strap/belt/towel)
✅ What you’ll get today:
• Deep hamstring stretching (without yanking or forcing)
• Inner thigh flexibility + strength for better hip stability
• More range of motion + smoother lower-body movement
