We're in September, everybody is back in the gym and I wanted to start this month with a deadlift tutorial. Often times, some gymbros don't realize that their deadlift setup is actually what's holding them back from being able to express their true strength and develop their back muscles.
Since I used to struggle too, I wanted to share with you today 6 steps to follow in order to fix your setup and finally be able to deadlift with correct form.
