Everest Gokyo Trek Day | Part - 5 | Mong-La to Machhermo (Wildlife, Muddy Trails & More)

Описание: Today’s journey from Mong-La to Machhermo was filled with incredible moments and true Himalayan adventure. After descending to Phortse Thanga and climbing steadily toward Dole, we were lucky enough to spot Himalayan thar grazing on the cliffs — a rare and unforgettable sight.

As we continued past the Dole check post, the trail became muddy and slippery due to the previous days of rain, making the ascent a bit challenging. Fortunately, we managed to buy microspikes for George from a kind Sherpa along the way, which made the rest of the trail much safer and easier.

Crossing through Dole and Luza, the valley opened up with stunning high-altitude landscapes. By the time we reached Machhermo, we were surrounded by towering peaks, crisp mountain air, and peaceful Himalayan silence — a perfect end to a beautiful trekking day.
