For those who don’t know, Jaleb is not a sweet — it is the sacred and grand procession where Devi-Devta from different villages come out together in a beautiful shobha yatra ✨
The entire atmosphere of Mandi during Shivratri feels magical. The sound of dhol-nagada echoing in the streets, devotees walking with folded hands, colorful palanquins carrying Devtas, traditional Himachali attire, and the spiritual energy in the air — everything gave me goosebumps 🥹🙏
This was my first time experiencing Jaleb, and honestly, it felt emotional and powerful at the same time. Seeing so many village deities together at one place reminds us why Himachal is called Dev Bhoomi 💛
