This vudeo is about cutting some 50cm of up to three month old snow from a roof using a selfmade rig.
Rig consists of:
-spool for electric cable
-50m coated wire rope (2mm)
-foldable boating anchor (smallest size)
-2 washers (to attach wire to string)
-2 short pieces of string (to attach washers to spool and anchor)
CAUTION:
Be extra careful when working on roofs and use PPE if needed. Also falling snow might contain hard ice and/or be heavy.
