In this video I show how to make a "West Coast Drive" chassis using the SolidWorks weldments tool. This is my preferred method for designing structural frames.
In order to use the FRC weldment profiles shown in this video download them from my google drive:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1HV5...
Then extract them and copy the folder to the following location within your SolidWorks installation folder:
SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\lang\english\weldment profiles\ansi inch
The Solidworks Corp folder will usually be located in C:\Program Files
