Visiting hours and ticketing
The monument is open every day from one hour before sunrise to 45 minutes before sunset, except on Fridays. It is closed on Fridays because a mosque on the grounds is open for prayer.
Ticket windows at the Eastern and Western gates operate during the opening hours. Online ticket booking is also available.
Ticket prices vary by nationality:
Indian citizens: ₹50 for entry, plus an additional ₹200 for access to the main mausoleum.
Citizens of SAARC and BIMSTEC nations: ₹540 for entry, plus an additional ₹200 for the main mausoleum.
Other foreign tourists: ₹1100 for entry, plus an additional ₹200 for the main mausoleum.
Children below 15 years: Free entry.
