Yeah, since Nightmare isn't exactly a Sans and just possesses a body of a skeleton, he doesn't know how much pain the others just experienced.
I HAD TO DO IT, I'M SORRY. In canon it's true that Passive Nightmares body is holding together only thanks to Corrupted Nightmares' goop and negativity. So yeah, I really had to. Without it he is basically a pile of broken bones, which kinda ruins mine and others videos when Corrupted goes back into Passive. But I have a somewhat of an explanation for mine! My Passive Nightmare isn't exactly Passive, since he's just the mind of Corrupted in Passives' body without his outside goop. But some of that negativity and inside goop (like the one around his soul) are keeping the fragments of bones together thanks to his souls magic. Not all of them, since some became broken beyond keeping together of just disappeared/have been lost (like seen with half of Passives' face), so he is very fragile. That would be one of the reasons why using that form would be dangerous and going between Passive or Corrupted forms is also painful.
