Before the teaching can start, you may need to assess your students' English level so you can assign them to the appropriate class. In this demonstration, Elise uses a simple 'Speaking Interview' process to assess the speaking skills of her student, Gamze. During the interview, Elise takes notes of any examples of fluency and errors, and then she uses this information later to determine Gamze's level.
