After Karbi Accord, CM Himanta push for ULFA dialogue

Описание: It was a historic moment today after 6 rebels groups of Karbi Anglong in Assam signed a tripartite accord with the Centre and the state finally paving way for permanent peace in the hills district.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today clearly said that the Government will be interested in a single composite peace dialogue with the Paresh Baruah led ULFA-Independent and the pro-talks ULFA faction.
