After making a sudden return following a few years' hiatus, Lindsheaven Virtual Plaza, a Vaporwave producer who specializes in lo-fi, tape-fuzzed plunderphonics tracks, released this four-track collection of meditative, stress-melting Ambient pieces tinged with elements of Drone's hypnotic repetition, LVP's usual faint cassette hiss in the backdrop, and the occasional wind instrument amidst melodic, lilting synths. As its name implies, this album evokes the image of the geography it takes its namesake from perfectly, with the first track introducing itself accompanied by the sounds of wind and animal life passing through and around tropical canopy, which are present throughout. A lovely album for letting go of the stress of the day.
