‣ Butter: 1 cube 🧈 (for topping)
‣ Honey or syrup: As desired 🍯

Greek Yogurt Bowl 🍓🥣
‣ Greek yogurt: 200g 🥛
‣ Granola: Handful 🌾
‣ Banana: Sliced 🍌
‣ Strawberries: 3-4, sliced 🍓
‣ Blueberries: Handful 🫐
‣ Raspberries: 2-3 🍇
‣ Chocolate bar with coconut bits: Few small chunks 🍫

🍽️ Dinner Recipes: Cola Braised Chicken Wings, Pan-Fried Tofu & Japanese-Style Spinach
🥤 Cola Braised Chicken Wings 🍗
‣ Chicken wings: 10 pieces 🍗
‣ Green onion: 3-4 segments 🌱
‣ Ginger: 5-6 slices 🫚
‣ Cooking wine: 2 tbsp 🍶
‣ Carrots: 1, chopped 🥕
‣ Potatoes: 1, chopped 🥔
‣ Red chili peppers: 2, sliced 🌶️
‣ Garlic: Minced (a generous amount 😉) 🧄
‣ Cola: 1 bottle 🥤
‣ Hot water: Enough to cover ingredients 💧
‣ Light soy sauce: 3 tbsp 🥢
‣ Dark soy sauce: 1 tbsp 🌑
‣ Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp 🦪
‣ Salt: A pinch 🧂

🍳 Pan-Fried Tofu with Garlic Sauce
‣ Firm tofu: 1 block (sliced) 🍞
‣ Eggs: 2, beaten 🥚
‣ Cornstarch: Light dusting 🌾
‣ Light soy sauce: 3 tbsp 🥢
‣ Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp 🦪
‣ Cornstarch (for sauce): 1 tbsp 🌾
‣ Salt: A pinch 🧂
‣ Garlic: Minced 🧄
‣ Red & green chili peppers: Finely chopped 🌶️

🥬 Japanese-Style Spinach (Horenso Goma-ae)
‣ Spinach: 1 bunch 🥬
‣ Toasted sesame seeds: Crushed 🌾
‣ Light soy sauce: 1 tbsp 🥢
‣ Mirin: 1 tbsp 🍶
