Описание: We bought a 1963 and 1964 Pontiac Catalina from an estate in central Nebraska. Both cars sat next to each other in a barn since the late 80s/early 90s. In this video, I try to get both of the cars running and driving. The 1963 is a 4 door sedan 389 and the 1964 is a 2 door coupe 389. I had more luck with one car than the other! Some steps that were highlighted in the video were tuning the ignition system, rebuilding the fuel sending unit, and other general maintenance. The cars were two of seven that were bought by a farmer and avid Pontiac collector. It sure was a great feeling to hear the old engine roar to life through what was left of the dual exhaust. I was extremely surprised with the condition of both cars, especially the pretty blue interior in both of them. I'm not sure what the future of the 4 door will be, but the coupe will be getting some special treatment in the near future. Stay tuned!
