Happy birthday #Utrecht!
You look mighty awesome for a 900 year old. 🎉
One of my favorite things to learn about when visiting a city is #architecture and history and this was my lucky day.🙂
The first place that blew us away on that level was the place where we were staying BUNK Hotels ! The transformed a church into a super modern, social and very cool hotel. ⛪️
The next place we visited was the Rietveld Schröderhuis where we found a very modern looking house which was build in 1924. Talking about visionary architects. We can show you only the outside unfortunately since you're not allowed to publish video from inside. You'll have to go discover it for yourself. A very interesting place. 🖊
We then went to the heart of Utrecht, the #Domplein, where we learned about the history of the city at #DOMunder, the Dom Tower and the Lofen Castle.
A very turbulent history of strongwilled people in a beautiful city. 👊🙂
We ended our day with a delish meal at Asian fusion restaurant LE:EN. YUM! 😋
