Inside the Theater Hall and “Out in the Night” scene, we solve one of the most intricate light shift puzzles in the game — using a police cruiser’s light source to reveal a hidden path forward.

Along the way, we uncover more echoes involving Illmo and Alex Casey, revealing deeper ties to Nightless Night and the fractured narrative surrounding the film.

After escaping the theater, gameplay shifts back to Saga Anderson, who returns to Bright Falls. We solve additional nursery rhyme doll puzzles to earn new charms, including the Anchor charm, before heading to the Bright Falls Police Station.

There, Saga confronts the reality of Alan Wake being held in a cell and initiates Scratch – Return 6.

With Agent Estevez injured and the station under threat, Saga uses the bolt cutters to access the police lockup, restore power, defeat Taken enemies, and reunite with Casey in the basement.

This episode bridges Alan’s Initiation arc with Saga’s Return storyline, pushing the narrative toward its endgame.
