Tuesday Tips: Kettlebell Swings 🔔
If your swing feels heavy, slow, or awkward… check your wrists.
On the backswing, your wrists should stay high on the thighs — not dropping low or drifting away from your body.
That keeps the kettlebell close, loads the hips properly, and turns your swing into a hinge instead of a squat.
Think:
👉 Hinge back
👉 Wrists high
👉 Explode the hips
Slow it down, clean up the reps, and let the power come from where it should.
